Sometimes I just want to get out of my comfort zone, go to a bar, meet somebody, get drunk (for the very first time), and have fun all night long.
I feel that I’ve been cooped up in my own shell for too long.

At the Day Care Center...
As part of our program implementations regarding the reduction of URTI cases in the barangay, we conducted a school-based teaching.
We first provided a brief discussion about URTIs (upper respiratory tract infections) to the parents… at how one gets it, what to do, and how to avoid it.
This was followed by a fun story telling session with the kids, regarding proper hygiene and good nutrition.
They also had the chance to do the actual hand washing before they ate their lunch. Our prof was also there to monitor what we were doing.
I just hope the kids would remember this and do this every time! :)
